_Customer Service Administrator _

Job Specification

  • Customer Services
  • To be first point of contact for customer service calls.
  • Customer queries specifically re lead times from suppliers and delivery lead times. This will involve liaison with the Stock Controller
  • Assist with order processing for all customer streams. Being involved at all levels of order despatch and invoicing using Sage 200.
  • Processing Order Picking Lists from Warehouse operatives for either despatch or entry onto backorder system.
  • Internal communication with Sales Team with regards to queries with orders due to be despatched.
  • Communication with web order customers to ensure they are notified of any stock shortages on the day that their order was due for despatch to ensure time available to look at alternatives.

Person Specification
Good customer focus and a customer driven approach. Always help the customer and understand what it is they need.

Excellent communicator and self-starter.

Excellent team player.

Confident and polite telephone manner.

Excellent attention to detail.

Use of office IT systems, including Microsoft Outlook, experience of Sage 200 is an advantage.

Ability to understand complex requirements.

Ability to be a bridge between two departments

Ability to think outside the box and ask questions to be able to understand what the customer requires.


Main Duties


The Customer Services Administrator will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries for orders placed via the Abaris website and other general customer enquiries.

This will also involve daily contact with our couriers to resolve any delivery queries. Assist with order processing via Sage 200 ensuring the dispatch and invoicing of orders are completed efficiently and accurately.


Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
