About the Post:


An opportunity has arisen to be a member of the Children's Social Care & Safeguarding team as the Management Support Officer to the Service Director.

Providing a comprehensive and efficient business support service to the Service Director, enabling them to fulfil their role effectively in the context of a highly energised working environment

Your role in our journey


As a
Management Support Officer, you'll provide a high-quality business support and document management service in a fast-paced working environment, ensuring quality control of documents sent out to the service.

You will be responsible for diary management, arranging and servicing meetings as well as ensuring the prioritising and tracking of the SD's and your own workload.

You will join a skilled, enthusiastic and committed Senior Leadership Team.


What you'll need


To join us, you'll need be educated to
Level 3 and have considerable administration experience including being skilled in Microsoft packages, communication and minute-taking whilst managing a challenging and diverse workload.
