QFM are looking to recruit an
experienced HR Advisor.**
The HR Advisor will:

Build HR capability across the Group, establishing trusted relationships as an Advisor
Manage, coach and resolve employee relations matters (conduct, performance management, absence management, grievance and probation etc.)
Provide guidance and support on family leave matters
Review employee relations data and work with management to address specific concerns
Provide advice and guidance to management and colleagues on HR policy and procedure
Understand key people issues and identify ways in which to address such concerns
Support the People and Culture team with a wide variety of projects

The HR Advisor should have:

Experience of advising and coaching colleagues on complex employee relations matters
HR Generalist experience
Strong understanding of employment law
Experience partnering with key stakeholders
Attention to detail
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
