QFM are looking to recruit anexperienced HR Advisor.**
The HR Advisor will:
- Build HR capability across the Group, establishing trusted relationships as an Advisor
- Manage, coach and resolve employee relations matters (conduct, performance management, absence management, grievance and probation etc.)
- Provide guidance and support on family leave matters
- Review employee relations data and work with management to address specific concerns
- Provide advice and guidance to management and colleagues on HR policy and procedure
- Understand key people issues and identify ways in which to address such concerns
- Support the People and Culture team with a wide variety of projects
The HR Advisor should have:
- Experience of advising and coaching colleagues on complex employee relations matters
- HR Generalist experience
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Experience partnering with key stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
