About the role:

Join Attivo at a pivotal moment and take ownership of the design and execution of Attivo's marketing strategy. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business. Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and enhance awareness and trust in the Attivo brand.
  • Formulate short and longterm plans and budgets, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence, and evaluating performance.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure existing clients understand the value of working with Attivo and encourage referrals.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and digital marketing for improved client attraction, brand positioning, customer experience, and revenue generation.
  • Establish and track targets for building brand awareness and trust.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with external stakeholders such as the media and consumer partnerships.
  • Select and manage agencies to achieve desired outcomes, fostering productive relationships, innovative thinking, and value for money.

Requirements:


  • Commercial Focus: Proven track record of delivering growth in a commercially focused environment.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Digital Expertise: Broad knowledge and expertise in digital marketing, branding, communications, and PR.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, delivering within budget and on time.
  • Communication Skills: Confident communicator, adept at influencing and gaining buyin at all organizational levels.
  • Regulatory Understanding: Appreciation of the requirements of working in a regulated environment.

Essential skills and experience

  • Demonstrated leadership of a Marketing team in a B2C environment.
  • Track record in leading 360 marketing strategies, showcasing outcomes in brand awareness and revenue.
  • Strong project management skills, handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Effective people management skills, leading and developing highperforming teams.
  • Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with a premium brand.

Desirable skills and experience

  • Degreelevel education.
  • Professional qualifications related to the role.
  • Experience in financial services markets and products.
**Location: This role is based at our Cheltenham Head Office for an average of 2 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. We value work-life balance and offer a hybrid approach to working.


Salary and benefits
Up to £75,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance.
