We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Resuscitation Officer, on a 12 month fixed term contract/secondment.


If you are dynamic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and motivated with excellent communication and management skills; who can lead our resuscitation service, we want to hear from you.


To lead, facilitate and deliver clinical and resuscitation skills training across the Trust using a national competency based approach to a multidisciplinary Trust wide audience.

To attend resuscitation events whenever possible and perform as a team member, team leader or act in an expert advisory capacity


To lead on the development, monitoring and reviewing of relevant policies, procedures and governance arrangements in relation to resuscitation and related matters.

The post holder will take responsibility for the audit processes within the Resuscitation Service, involving collection, analysis and reporting of all aspects of resuscitation and presentation of this information both locally and nationally.
