SC4 is partnering exclusively with an established and vibrant brand to hire an ambitious Procurement Coordinator to join their Operations Team.

As Procurement Coordinator, you will report to the Head of Operations,
maintaining stock availability whilst managing a steady ordering profile from global suppliers and the sea freight container schedules.

This team has bags of energy; they are friendly and highly supportive You will need to enjoy working as part of team and have a good sense of fun.

Responsibilities

Stock control of multiple warehouses.
Review & place Purchase Orders with global suppliers.
As Procurement Coordinator, you will manage the Supplier Master Production Schedule.
You will be updating inventory records, including daily shipments
Supplier liaison.

Experience Needed

12 years in a transactional procurement, buying, or supply chain role.
Importing product experience would be advantageous.
High level of experience working with Excel.
You will need solid and engaging communication skills both written and spoken.
