Description

Taylor Stevenson are proud to be working with a specialist logistics company based in Goole.

We are looking for a Transport planner to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a lively transport office with huge career progression.

Responsibilities-:

Plan and schedule transportation routes for the delivery of goods
Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Monitor transportation activities to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Optimize routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders
Resolve any issues or delays in transportation operations
Maintain accurate records of transportation activities

Requirements-:

International CPC ideal but not essential
Transport planning experience is needed
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Leadership skills to effectively coordinate transportation operations
Familiarity with IT systems used in transport planning is a plus

Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

Salary
- £32k-£40k dependant on experience
