What you'll do


A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Networks NDC Contract Management team for a Lead role holder to support and manage the in-life cycle of contracts with key Suppliers providing network services and solutions.

You will support a geographic Region in addition to steering the Commercial Contract Management team, directly reporting to the Control Room Senior Manager, and having indirect reporting into a Regional Manager,


Working within the Control Room, you will provide management, guidance, and direction to others in the Commercial Contract Management team (permanent and contingent workforce) who will have allocated geographic regional areas, specific customers or departments to support.

The team will directly report to this Role and will have indirect reporting to the relevant Regional Manager. This role will be the main point of contact for internal queries, assistance, and requests for Contract Management resource.


Who you are
We are looking for an individual with the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent Contract Management Experience with experience of managing contract risk, non-compliance, and associated damages.
  • A strong understanding of commercial contracts and building cohesive relationships with suppliers/partners
  • Excellent communication skills able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the organisation
  • Strong investigative skills able to solve complex problems and come to effective conclusions
  • Very pragmatic in handling situations and driving solution. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Ability to keep focused, gain trust, nurture collaboration, and bring groups, and people, to inclusive outcomes.
