Solution Architect - HR Transformation Programme, ERP


One of our large clients are currently looking for a Senior Solution Architect, to be a key player in the strategic focus of the IT Modernisation multi-year programme that they are currently going through.

Specifically this piece of work is to replace outdatedtechnology supporting the HR function, so this consultant will be responsible for Finance Transformation program and SAP transformation, aligning to the strategic vision, set by the Capability Lead Architect.

Due to the nature of the role, you must have the below experience to be considered:

  • Must have extensive experience in the solution architecture across a range of platforms and business domains within Finance, HR and ERP Transformation projects specifically.
  • Must have experience delivering larger and complex digital transformation initiatives for large enterprise or financial services customers.
  • Any strong experience on SAP migration / transformation projects (in particular with experience on SAP ECC or success factors would be highly desirable)
  • Ideally will need to have experience working on delivering any particular HR rollout projects or solutions for large businesses.
