We are a new, independent Italian restaurant, located on a prime spot in Furzton overlooking the lake, now open.

Hospitality calls it theatre, but we call it edge. We want staff who offer that edge. An edge through your personality, your ideas and your service. Customers want to come back time and time again, because of you and how you look after them.


We don't just want to make coffee, it needs to be the best beans, perfectly frothed milk and executed latte art.

It's not just an ordinary cocktail, its flare from our mixologist and a twist on a classic whilst being thrown through the air.

It's not just a pizza, it's a traditional Neapolitan pizza made in a wood fired oven by a Pizziaolo. You get it.


Add in a beautiful setting, stunning decoration, authentic ingredients, and we have a work place you will be proud to call yours.

We are looking to build a team of industry professionals who pride themselves on customer experience.


As a front of house member of the team, you are the face of the business, you will engage with customers and show them your infectious personality and great attitude.

This is a challenging yet fulfilling role.

You must be friendly, approachable and be able to deliver the customer needs, sometime even before they know what they want.

You will make the customer feel welcome and at home in our venue.


You are able to upsell at every opportunity and thrive off of explaining our authentic ingredients and recommend your favourite dishes.

You are what customers remember and you can make or break their experience.

  • Greet and make guests feel welcome
  • Ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive
  • Presenting menus and serving food and beverages
  • Using our Till system (Lightspeed)
  • Using our Booking System (ResDiary)
  • Taking phone calls
  • Upselling Specials and having a good understanding of our Menus and allergen alternatives
  • Be fully aware of your tables needs and offer extra drinks and check backs at the right times
  • Be confident and interactive with our customers
  • You will be outgoing and passionate about service
  • You will have experience in a similar role
  • You will be warm, friendly and approachable
  • You will show great attention to detail
  • Take payments

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£8.50-£11.00 per hour
