Required as soon as possible

  • General labouring
  • Site Clearance
  • Perform routing health and safety checks to ensure correct performance of equipment and as part of Worth's legal requirements; such as fire alarm testing and being an active member of the fire response team.
  • Conduct various periodic temperature checks, and record results, to ensure Legionella compliance. Shower head cleaning
  • Sewer maintenance and cleaning
  • Painting and routine maintenance jobs around the site
  • Driving and refuelling vehicles
  • Collecting materials from offsite suppliers when required
  • Assist other members of the department as required
  • Accompany visiting personnel/contractors as required
  • To attend meetings with staff/management as required

We are looking for someone that:

  • Has a full clean driving licence
  • Is able to read and understand instructions
  • Has basic record keeping skills
  • Is trustworthy
  • Has basic computer skills
Ideally, we are looking for experience in general maintenance and with an understanding or knowledge of Legionnaires' disease.
