General labouring
Site Clearance
Perform routing health and safety checks to ensure correct performance of equipment and as part of Worth's legal requirements; such as fire alarm testing and being an active member of the fire response team.
Conduct various periodic temperature checks, and record results, to ensure Legionella compliance. Shower head cleaning
Sewer maintenance and cleaning
Painting and routine maintenance jobs around the site
Driving and refuelling vehicles
Collecting materials from offsite suppliers when required
Assist other members of the department as required
Accompany visiting personnel/contractors as required
To attend meetings with staff/management as required

We are looking for someone that:

Has a full clean driving licence
Is able to read and understand instructions
Has basic record keeping skills
Is trustworthy
Has basic computer skills

Ideally, we are looking for experience in general maintenance and with an understanding or knowledge of Legionnaires' disease.
