Personnel Selection are pleased to be working with this fantastic client in Andover, who are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join them on a full time and permanent basis.
Our client is working hard to improve sustainability through eco initiatives, to help save the planet, as well as money.
The person suited to the role of IT Systems Administrator will have these skills:
- Previous Windows 10 and Windows 11 support experience with a proven track record of demonstrating good communication and support of users
- Windows Microsoft Office knowledge (Office 365 desirable)
- At least 2 years' experience of support within an IT environment
- Experience of working with servers.
- Must have the ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues independently and be able to use own initiative
- Must be able to selflearn to increase own skill set
- Must be open to new tasks as and when required
- Symantec Endpoint Protection experience and knowledge
- Previous experience of supporting network and desktops printers including changing toner cartridges and other consumables.
- Microsoft Active Directory experience and knowledge
- Microsoft Exchange experience and knowledge (Microsoft Exchange Online preferred)
