£40K - £50K

A Senior Residential Property Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic Coventry based opportunity with an ambitious and dynamic Legal 500 law firm.

Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise theirtechnical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment.

Salary is upwards of £40K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will supervise and manage other fee earners and support staff whilst managing a full and varied caseload freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership,new plot purchases from start to finish.
