Accounts Assistant / Admin
Northern fan supplies is a family business based in the Stretford area of Manchester, we supply ventilation equipment with the United Kingdom.
We enjoy working as a team and although the work is hard, we like to have fun on a Friday, with some team activities and as an extra bonus you'll never work on your birthday.
- Purchase/Sales ledger duties
- Creating invoices
- Processing sales invoices, purchase invoices & receipts
- Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
- Managing and resolving queries and running payments
- Supporting the completion of reports for month end and for sending to external Accountants
- Processing BACS and Cheque payments
- Payroll support
- Additional adhoc duties as required
