Description
We are looking for a care coordinator to join our busy office in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity offering the chance to deliver high quality care to both children and adults.


The care coordinator will be responsible for providing the right carers to the service users and ensure a high quality of service.

The care coordinator will direct, mentor and supervise the Birmingham care team making sure quality standards are met and maintained as well as the service users' needs and requirements.


We are looking for the following:

  • A valid drivers' license
  • Someone with previous experience of being a care coordinator
  • Experience complying with CQC standards
  • Experience in assessing, reviewing and managing care plans
  • Experience liaising with clients, health professionals and local authorities.
  • Experience dealing with rotas and managing a team
  • A care coordinator who can work well under pressure and prioritise workloads
  • To be part of the oncall rota
