Are you a talented
Temp Fundraising and Events Assistant, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience supporting the fundraising team with all event queries and logistics matters? If so then you could be perfectfor my client, a Children Charity in London.

This is a 3-month temp role with the high possibility to extend and ASAP start. This role will be hybrid working up to 2 days in the London office based near Camden (NW1).


The Role:
In this
Temp Fundraising and Event Assistant role, you will be working in the Fundraising team as well as supporting on the London Marathon


Specific tasks include:

  • Liaise with participants before and after the event.
  • Provide fundraising advice and logístical advice about events.
  • Create daily update blogs.
  • To maintain accurate records of interaction on the CRM system.
  • To provide support with managing the administration of fundraising platforms.
  • To undertake additional duties as required to meet the objectives of the team.
  • Be a point of contact for Facebook event fundraising enquires.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a personable and flexible approach.
  • Experience working in a customer service role
  • Excellent organisation skills, time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and dealing with a wide range of people.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Someone who can take initiative and do independent work.
  • Someone who is organised and efficient.
  • Experience writing and delivering compelling communications to the wider public.
