Pinewood Technologies currently has an exciting opportunity available for a proactive and reliable individual to join our growing team as a Recruitment Administrator.
Working within our friendly Talent Management Team, the Recruitment Administrator will have a hands-on approach to providing administrative support throughout the full recruitment & onboarding process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with our recruiters to provide administrative assistance and support throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Logging and maintaining records of our employee referral process, keeping colleagues updated on the status of their referral where necessary.
- Ensuring the recruitment process is followed accurately and thoroughly prior to any offers being made by the recruitment team.
- Conducting right to work checks.
- Overseeing the administration of the onboarding process for any new starters within the business, organising all necessary inductions and liaising with hiring managers/team leads to notify them of any updates or changes.
- Ensuring all new starter documentation is completed.
- Undertaking various HR duties as may be reasonably required by the team.
About You
We are looking for a natural 'people person' with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage your time and workload effectively.
You will also need:
- At least 1+ year(s) of administrative experience in recruitment as a minimum.
- To be educated to A Level or equivalent standard, and possess GCSE Maths, IT and English at a minimum grade of a C or above (or equivalent grade).
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in working with MS Office.
- A keen eye for detail with a commitment to achieving the best results first time where appropriate.
- Excellent time management and work output skills.
- To be able to engage and contribute to promoting a welcoming atmosphere whilst being an ambassador for the company.
