Job description

We are looking to recruit ambitious and driven people to join our Environmental Services Team. We are looking for people with a proven track record and experience to join our team as an Environmental Support Operative, covering a variety of functions from cleaning and caretaking to grounds maintenance and gardening.
Our Environmental Support Operatives provide customers living in our properties with a consistent high level of service by stepping into a variety of roles when required. The role is extremely varied, and the right person will need to be adaptable to carrying out different tasks on a daytoday basis.

The role - What I'll be doing

Providing a caretaking service on our highrise blocks.
Carrying out health and safety checks.
Joining our low rise cleaning team delivering a mobile cleaning service on our low rise blocks and sheltered schemes.
Supporting our gardening and greenspace teams maintaining all our open spaces.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of cleaning principles and grounds maintenance techniques
We want someone who is passionate and has experience of delivering an outstanding level of service.
You should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, and working to ensure your work is completed to a high standard and thrive on a varied workload.
All our Environmental Support Operatives must hold a full, UK driving licence.
