What do we want?

Ideally Marketing experience in excess of 5 years' marketing experience
The potential, personality, and motivation to inspire, people, customer, and a company
You will manage 2 people more Marketing Admin type level they will also be responsible for the growth of the team, recruitment etc (as we said a great opportunity)
Marketing was centrally focussed in Europe previously but the UK is going to take over their own marketing and drive the business forward
Reporting into the Head of Sales and Marketing who is exciting, dynamic, and ambitious

The Role:

8090% digital focus but they still do traditional marketing collateral such as brochures, leaflets etc customers still like this and it can be very effective.
Events will grow now the world is opening up again they want someone who has managed and ran events who loves being creative and can get stuck in to get the business 'represented'
They would like someone with the blend of strategy, tactical and actionable experience
Data driven use analytics to make informed decisions research own it
We would like someone with the experience and ability to make change, to introduce new processes and procedures where necessary.

**They may introduce agencies if need specific skills - they would manage the relationships with this if it were necessary.

**Company goals: **They will work towards a growth plan of 15% year on year to achieve their 5-year plans

Roughly 20% of their growth needs to come from new business - the rest from existing business being nurtured.
