Key Responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact to anyone enquiring about an event or special meeting arrangements
  • Ensure that all meeting rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standard and suitably stocked
  • Liaising closely with IT, Facilities, Catering and external suppliers ensuring a smooth set up and provide the service support required
  • Attending events where required to ensure smooth running
  • Supporting with event finances through invoicing, raising and closing PO's
  • Some manual handling which includes moving furniture (tables, chairs etc) whilst following health and safety standards
Support to the Facilities Manager, Team and cover reception when required


Key Requirements:

  • Available immediately
  • Experience within an administrative or facilities role
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Power Point)
This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.
