Key Responsibilities:
- The first point of contact to anyone enquiring about an event or special meeting arrangements
- Ensure that all meeting rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standard and suitably stocked
- Liaising closely with IT, Facilities, Catering and external suppliers ensuring a smooth set up and provide the service support required
- Attending events where required to ensure smooth running
- Supporting with event finances through invoicing, raising and closing PO's
- Some manual handling which includes moving furniture (tables, chairs etc) whilst following health and safety standards
Key Requirements:
- Available immediately
- Experience within an administrative or facilities role
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to work within a fastpaced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Power Point)
