Description

We are looking for 2 motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join Newcastle Adult Community Mental Health Team (Lyme Brook Centre), on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

The Team operates from its main base on the Bradwell Hospital Site (free parking) which serves an identified catchment area within Newcastle-under-Lyme and the surrounding areas.


If you have good clinical skills and are motivated to further develop your knowledge and practice and want to work as part of a large MDT, this role is perfect for you.


Within the role there is opportunity to work autonomously as well as contributing to the team and being supported by the MDT.


The post holder will hold a caseload and undertake the role of key worker for adults with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, working as an autonomous and accountable practitioner within a multidisciplinary team.

Offer support to junior staff.

Carry out the role of duty professional following a period of shadowing.

Support the delivery of group interventions.
