Entry level position_

  • No previous experience required as full training provided and we offer an excellent progression progamme as well as qualification support._

Responsibilities:


Main Purpose of Role:

Providing administrational support to the claims teams with a view to progress.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Opening claims on the office case management system/conducting initial enquires;
  • To assist in general office administrative duties in keeping with the role.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic positive person with a "can do" approach;
  • Strong communication skills and good telephone manner;
  • Ability to cope under pressure and respond to demands;
  • Adaptable to change;
  • Problem solving approach;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Selfmotivation and good use of initiative;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
