More about the role:

As our Operations Manager, you must ensure the smooth planning and delivery of a first-class service whilst managing business needs and performance standards.


  • Act as a brand custodian for the Hospitality & conference and banqueting product offered at Edmiston House, whilst striving to deliver market leading initiatives. Keep abreast of market trends and competitor performance
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the venue to include all Bars, back of house and storage areas
  • To be responsible for achieving and where possible exceeding budget.
Achieving all operational and service objectives for C&E and Hospitality, as outlined within our overall strategic plan

  • You will greatly contribute towards the development of our Catering and Events offer ensuring we remain a market leader in these areas.

What you'll be doing:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Levy | Rangers Football Club in a role that will help deliver the success of its exciting New Edmiston House venue.


New Edmiston House is an incredible, state-of-the-art facility that will host a long-awaited club museum, a new two-storey Rangers Store and a fantastic events space for use on matchdays and beyond, thus enhancing the experience for supporters when theyvisit Ibrox at games and increasing footfall on the Ibrox campus on a daily basis.

You will provide a quality, market leading and customer orientated conference, banqueting and bar service to our non-matchday clients. Along with providing the highest level of service to our clients on Matchdays.
