This is a role with varied hours and as the business grows further there will be a clear path for progression.

Giving you a taste of everything within the ground operations of our company with a key focus of doing and managing all maintenance jobs that come through.


  • Flexible in working hours and days (We operate as a business between 8am 8pm, Monday
  • Sunday)
  • Ability to be reactive and put on an emergency call out rota (8pm 8am)
  • Be able to use multiple digital platforms (training provided)
  • Carry out detailed inspections and identify things in need of repair
  • Able to determine how long a job will take and what specific materials needed
  • Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
  • Plan repair work using company provided digital tools.
  • Perform general small repairs. Examples may include but not limited to Garden/landscaping, repairing drywall, painting/decorating, carpentry (doors, skirting, frames, etc...), assembling furniture, basic plumbing/electrical issues and other building fixtures / fittings.
  • Ability to prioritise and keep on top of routine maintenance
  • Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
  • Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
  • Complete scheduled / unscheduled maintenance jobs within an acceptable timescale
  • To complete relevant paperwork in line with company policies
  • To liaise with multiple departments to get jobs completed efficiently
  • Ensure personal and company targets are met (90% of worked hours to be charged jobs)
  • Anything that is reasonably requested of you

Must haves:

  • Full UK Driving License and Own Car
  • Maintenance experience in fixing most things within a residential property
  • Smartphone and computer literate to work with multiple apps
