**Description for the Solutions Consultant:
- **High growth company based in the heart of Reading seek a Solutions Consultant to work in a bright and enthustiastic agile team, delivering their groundbreaking and cutting edge enterprise automation products to their clients. This role might be for you if you are passionate about customer service and projects focused on the adoption of new technology to solve business problems. Some of the areas you will be involved in include, working with customers in a pre and post sales engagement, gathering requirements, building and maintaining solutions, implementation, Support, training and much more.

The company has solid funding and a high growth trajectory. There will be the opportunity for office based and remote working (Hybrid)


The Solutions Consultant must have the following experience:

• 12mths+ commercial experience in a customer focused role
• e.g. implementation, support, consulting, Project management
• Technical knowledge from courses (Degree or otherwise)
• Any exposure to development beneficial (Python, C#, Typescipt)
• Strong communication skills customer centric.

Salary for the
Solutions Consultant will be up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus pension, Health, Socials, flexible working etc....
