Description
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the main office, the role involves- Liaising with department heads to organise quotes and jobs.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using computerized systems and office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Knowledge of Xero or other accounting software is a plus
- Familiarity with Boats

Salary:
£21,795.00-£24,000.00 per year
