Description
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the main office, the role involves

  • Liaising with department heads to organise quotes and jobs.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Desirable Experience
- experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Proficient in using computerized systems and office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Knowledge of Xero or other accounting software is a plus
  • Familiarity with Boats

£21,795.00-£24,000.00 per year
