Due to our expanding business, we seek to add another consultant to our team within Team Support Staff in Gillingham.


As a Recruitment Consultant, it's your job to ensure you meet the needs of our workers and help them find either ongoing temporary assignments or one-off permanent jobs while providing excellent service to our customers.

The role is both challenging and equally rewarding and your duties will include.

  • Recruiting and managing new workers
  • Servicing and growing the business within our existing clients.
  • Contacting B2B new clients to grow the current business.
  • Creating adverts for your jobs using various job boards
  • Supporting the team with daytoday duties.
  • Finding new leads and using our technology to maximize these opportunities.
You'll be working within a small, dynamic, and outgoing team covering the Kent area.

You'll be trained and mentored to reach your full potential and benefit from an uncapped earning potential as bonus on top of your annual salary.


We expect you to come with all the skills and knowledge of working within a sales driven environment, and we will train you to become a recruiter.

Whilst we take care of training, your specific skills will be necessary for the job, we expect you to come with a required selection of personal attributes.
