Multi Skilled Operative - Facilities Management - Based in Berkshire - £35,000 Plus excellent benefits
Are you an enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative looking for a new role?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK based at one of their prestigious clients' sites in Berkshire.

Location:
Berkshire, England

Hours of Work: 07:45-16: on Friday), Week 1- Monday to Friday; Week 2- Monday to Thursday

Salary:
£35,000 Plus Excellent benefits

Role Responsibilities:

Support the team in connection with all Buildings and Civils works.
Implementation of policies, procedures, and standards necessary to maintain the operational activities and to provide a highquality service to the customer.
Support the line manager in the implementation of a program of ongoing planned New Works across the contract.
Respond to shortterm issues arising from existing contracts and tasks.
Ensure that the daytoday operations are conducted to the highest standards.
Ensure compliance with all site and company safety standards, considering all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Conform to changes in existing or new company policies and procedures and local work instructions.

- knowledge of Building and Civils

Experience in Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Groundwork, and general building maintenance is desirable.
PASMA (or willing to train)
IPAF (or willing to train)
Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to train
The ability to establish, implement and monitor high standards of excellence in areas of quality, safety, and operational performance.
Willingness to undertake SC Clearance
