Wirral / Hybrid working - 3 days in the office 2 from home

We're working with a Global B2B Marketing Agency based in the Wirral who help a range of desirable brands communicate with their audience, drive value and make a difference.

Working across digital marketing, creative design and branding through to experiential and motion, this is a full service and innovative agency who put integrity and clarity at the heart of every project.

The role:

The Midweight Designer will be highly creative and passionate about their craft and will be joining a growing team.

You will be responsible for helping drive the creative direction of projects you're working on, bringing creative ideas and concepts to the brief, whilst working in collaboration with the account management team.

As a Midweight Designer you will be:

Responsible for supporting the business creative needs across a range of digital, social, marketing and print projects
Supporting the Design Lead in all day to day running business needs, managing briefs and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Working in collaboration with the account management team
Adhering to and creating brand consistency and the best practice design and maintaining brand guidelines as we move to elevate the brand further

You will ideally have:

3 to 4 years experience in a similar setting
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
Experience in working across a range of print and digital projects
Experience in motion / video editing would be a bonus but not essential
Experience in working to brand guidelines
Excellent communication skills when presenting your creative ideas
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite package as well as MS Office any knowledge of After Effects and Premier Pro are a bonus
