We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenant Engagement professional to join our award-winning Housing Management Section, to ensure that tenants are at the forefront of our social housing service delivery and decision making.

As a social housing landlord, we want to ensure our customers' voice is heard and acted on across the organisation, focusing on key areas of accountability and engagement.

The role will be responsible for engaging with a diverse range of tenants through consultation activities, including the Tenants Gateway, Tenant Scrutiny Panel, focus groups and supporting tenant and resident association groups, to scrutinise the performance of our services and for refining and delivering our Tenant Engagement Strategy.
