Description
Novum is an internationally recognised design & build construction company. We combine client support, engineering expertise, attractive systems components, and project management to create technically advanced structures.

We are looking for a Special Projects Coordinator to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, with typical projects value ranges of between £5,000 - £200,000.

You will be expected to plan and fully execute projects in accordance with company procedures and within agreed deadlines.


You will need to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of commercial budgetary control, Quality and Health & Safety standards and ensure these are implemented and adhered to during project planning and execution phases to ensure standards are achieved and maintained.


You will oversee and coordinate the work of on-site teams and third-party contractors and work closely with design, procurement and logistics to ensure materials and equipment are acquired on time and wastage is minimised.

We are looking for a highly organised and detailed orientated person, who can build and maintain positive working relationships.

You must have experience of managing multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously, from award through to execution. Experience of managing projects involving steel, glass or ETFE is advantageous.
