The team of expert technicians can do anything their customers need, from general servicing and MOTs through to total engine rebuilds.

As specialists who work with these little cars day in day out the team knows them really well and can quickly identify issues and remedy them.

Our aim, with regular servicing, is to provide their clients with maximum enjoyment of their Figaro for minimum hassle, so they can have all the fun of owning a classic car, but with modern reliability.

Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service to the customer base and technicians.

As a Service Advisor your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and convenient customer experience while supporting the efficient operation of the company.

Your ability to engage with clients, manage tasks, and ensure accurate financial transactions will contribute to the success of our business while providing a seamless and convenient customer experience.

Are you the right person for the job?

Proficiency in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and detailoriented, capable of managing daytoday logistics within a garage environment
Familiarity with frontofhouse management software and administrative systems
Ability to handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism and problemsolving skills
Multitasking skills to coordinate various activities at the front desk efficiently
Strong understanding of car repair processes and the automotive industry
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Experience in sales & upselling will be advantageous

What will your role look like?

Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure they have a smooth and convenient experience when visiting the shop
Offer personalised assistance and address any questions or concerns clients may have
Greet and check in customers when they deliver their cars for repair.
Conduct preliminary visual checks to identify issues or concerns and document relevant areas of the vehicles
Coordinate with the team to schedule repairs and maintenance
Process customer payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring all billing and invoicing details are handled promptly
Provide clients with payment options and relevant documentation
Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth workflow, considering the varying demands of car repairs
Prepare and deliver invoices to clients for services rendered
Compile estimates for repair and restoration work, ensuring transparency and accuracy in cost breakdowns
Maintain records of all financial transactions
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the body shop's operations, including turnaround time, efficiency, and revenue targets
Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving KPI performance
Proactively follow up with clients regarding estimates and ensure clear communication of cost and service details
Address any questions or concerns clients may have, striving for transparency and customer satisfaction
