Bramcote College is a friendly, inclusive, and multicultural place to work and study. Our vision and values are based strongly around our school motto _Work Hard. Be Well. Do Well._ and, as Ofsted noted during our most recent inspection, \"Only the best is good enough\" for our students.

We are proud to offer our students a full 11 to 19 experience, as this allows us to support and inspire them to make ambitious choices for their futures.

Our students are well-behaved and motivated, and we achieve this with the ongoing support of parents and the wider community, as well as our talented and positive staff team.

We are ambitious for every student and provide high-quality pastoral care and support, as well as setting the bar high in the classroom and offering diverse enrichment opportunities.

We view each student as an individual and work hard to support and enthuse them in all aspects of their school experience.

The school has grown significantly over recent years and is now stabilizing at its current size.

We are anticipating one more significant change in the near future as we are due to have a new building in September 2025.

We are committed to excellent professional development for all, and our continued school improvement is supported by our membership of the _White Hills Park Trust_.

We achieved a well-deserved Ofsted 'Good' judgement in 2017, and achievement is on a secure upward trend.

The White Hills Park Trust is a Multi Academy Trust, based in Nottinghamshire. Formed in 2012, it currently comprises two secondary schools, three primary schools and a special school; we are embarking on a period of steady growth. The ethos of our Trust is a partnership of successful schools. Although the schools work closely together and share resources and support services, each school retains its own character, identity, and autonomy. Our schools have strong local governing bodies, and leaders are empowered to make decisions on behalf of their schools.

The Trust supports schools in providing the highest standards of education and care. All the schools in the Trust are currently judged 'Good' by Ofsted.

Through the work of the Trust, we aim to build a culture of excellence, enabling our students to fulfil their potential and become responsible, positive citizens.

Our Trust is founded on the principle that by working together in a community of learning, our schools become beacons of outstanding practice, providing opportunities and benefits for pupils and the local community.

Our academies are great places to work, where staff are valued and supported.

We believe that high-quality, research-informed professional development is at the heart of an effective school improvement strategy, and support both individual, and career development.

Interviews will be held w/c 15 April 2024- The White Hills Park Trust is a Pathfinder for the Framework for Ethical Leadership in Education and expects all leaders in the Trust to embody these values in their daily work.
