Temporary Band 5 RMN Job Description:

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse looking for a temporary position in the Bradford area? Look no further Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking Band 5 RMNs to join their team at Lynfield Mount Hospital in Daisy Hill, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

This temporary position is available from
06/03/2024 to
06/03/2024, with shifts running from
07:30:00 to
20:00:00. The payment rate for this role is
£200 per shift, paid via
PAYE.

As a Band 5 RMN at Lynfield Mount Hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

You will work closely with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.

Your duties will include conducting assessments, administering medication, and delivering therapeutic interventions.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans, as well as ensuring the safety and well-being of all patients under your care.

In addition to providing direct patient care, you will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, communicate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals, and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
