What will the Credit Controller role involve?

  • Chasing overdue payments;
  • Reduce age debt in line with targets in place;
  • Managing queries in a timely manner;
  • Processing credit card payments;
  • Setting up new client accounts and agreeing payment terms;
  • Completing BACs and cheques;
  • Assess credit history of new and existing clients.
  • Previously experience working in a credit control or accounts receivable role;
  • Confident communicating verbally and in written form;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Competent prioritising tasks when the workload increases.
