Description
What will the Credit Controller role involve?
- Chasing overdue payments;
- Reduce age debt in line with targets in place;
- Managing queries in a timely manner;
- Processing credit card payments;
- Setting up new client accounts and agreeing payment terms;
- Completing BACs and cheques;
- Assess credit history of new and existing clients.
- Previously experience working in a credit control or accounts receivable role;
- Confident communicating verbally and in written form;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Competent prioritising tasks when the workload increases.
