Job Description:

Morgan McKinley is working exclusively with a successful business based in fantastic offices in central Bristol, to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager.

Financial Reporting Manager

The role

Reporting into the Financial Controller, and working in a smaller team as part of a wider group, this role will require you to support a strong financial control environment for accounting and operational processes, covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow.

You will contribute to financial risk management, and deliver monthly reports and ad hoc analysis around business performance, risks and opportunities.

In addition, you will deliver external reporting for the Group, and provide cost business partnering support, offering proactive guidance on accounting, and challenge and support on cost management.

You

You will be a Qualified Accountant with experience in management accounting, forecasting, risk management and controls, and a commercial understanding with knowledge of cost and profit drivers.

You will be able to business partner and build collaborative relationships across the business, and will be seeking a role where you can make an impact in a supportive culture, and drive continuous improvement.
