Summary


Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for a skilled Administrator to support our Recruitment function with a particular flare for Marketing and Social media.


The successful individual will be organised, proactive, a high attention to detail and able to communicate well both internally and externally on a daily basis.

You will be the interface between the support team at Fuel, our internal Consultants and theContractors working with our clients to ensure seamless Customer Service and compliance with required processes.


IT Knowledge
Working in a MS environment you will need to be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.

You will also need to become familiar with our internal CRM system, Bullhorn but training will be provided on this.


Social Media

  • Manage our Social media pages including, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn including creating content,
  • Website management using WordPress (training provided).


You can be as creative as you like and we are always looking for new ways to engage with our customers.


Contractor Management
You will support the Recruitment Consultants in all aspects of administration associated with the recruitment process and adhere to and manage general administration relating to:

  • Contract Generation
  • Verifying references, insurances and other documentation relating to the compliance of the recruitment process.
  • Complete documentation relating to placements according to client specifics.
  • Generate reports relating to new starters and finishers.
  • Exit References / updated CVs.
  • ISO compliance checks and audits.

Working for Fuel

Working days
Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am - 530pm.
Friday 9am to 3pm.
