Description

Embec Care are looking for Care Assistants to provide a caring and effective service supporting clients in their own homes.

Daily responsibilities will vary, but may include personal care, shopping, light housework duties, assistance with medication, meal preparation and companionship.

If you are a caring, passionate person who's always putting others first, we would love to hear from you.

Previous experience isn't necessary as full training is provided.

Driving license is essential as you will be traveling to client's homes within the Sutton Coldfield area.

Hour Contracts available; contracts start at 10 hours up to 35 hours per week.

National Qualifications encouraged; all employees are encouraged to complete their QCF Level 2/3 in Health Social Care. We also have access to level 2/3 certificates in specialist areas such as; Medication Administration.

Training; is always paid and is available in multiple formats including, face to face, online and on site.

Unsocial pay increase; employees who work unsocial hours get an uplift.

Open door office policy; employees are encouraged to come into the office for downtime in between shifts.

On-Call support; constant support from a qualified staff member who is there to support you after office hours.

Work phone; all employees receive a work phone after their 3 month probation to be used during their employment. With access to their rota and annual leave requests. This ensures all staff do not get disturbed on their days off.
