Technical Operations/Maintenance

Technical Operations includes the maintenance, and overhaul of our aircraft. This includes aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, supply chain teams and more.

Job overview and responsibilities

This administrative generalist will provide support for daily operational requirements and business processes. Acts as first point of contact for all department employees and third party maintenance providers.

Records maintenance records into CMMS and financial processes will include the processing and reconciliation of invoices, financial and accounting programs, P-cards, expense reports and payroll.

Additional duties include support of correspondence, employee training reporting, local events coordination, and the ordering office supplies and equipment. Position will include development of competency in data management systems, i.e. ETA, TimeTracker, Fleet Focus, scheduling systems, TakeOff, Egencia and Concur.

Communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
Represents the respective leadership team and the organization in a highly professional manner
Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
Takes initiative on requests and inquiries of administrative nature
Recommends action to improve administrative processes to help streamline work and efficiency
Records data and information pertaining to financial, operations, performance and HAS data
Competency in utilizing data management systems to perform repeated tasks
Provides support in financial processes including the payment and reconciliations of expenses
Administrative duties include scheduling of calls, conference room and special departmental functions
Process repair order requests and contact maintenance providers

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.


Qualifications:

Required

High school diploma or education equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Administrative experience in jobs involving reporting and analytical work
Associates degree or equivalent experience
CMMS Database Experience, SQL or Oracle Accounting
Maintenance Operations experience a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in United Kingdom for any employer without sponsorship
Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
