Internal Sales Representative, Poole, £28,000

The purpose of this role


As
Internal Sales Representativeyou will be joining a small yet
impactful team within one of the UK's leading suppliers in this specialised engineering industry.

You will be responsible for converting and following through leads for new customers
helping them to grow.


As Internal Sales Representative you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing engineering
    sales orders and quotations:
-
Liaising with suppliers on non-standard part pricing and availability as well as customers for price increases

  • Ensuring competent
    contact is maintained with customers whilst managing their dispatches
  • Developing
    all accounts sales:
  • Chasing quotations and opportunities with customers ensuring
    accurate information is provided for analysis:
  • Analysing
    all purchasing and forecasting requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in
    customer focused roles
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Understanding of using
    ERP systems and desirable experience in SAP
  • Ability to work to given deadlines whilst maintaining a
    high attention to detail
