The role of talent acquisition specialist is to partner with the hiring managers and successfully work around recruitment best strategies for hiring of engineering staff.

You will engage directly with managers recruiting across a wide range of positionsincluding technical engineering, specialist consultancy and functional support.

We need talent from agencies looking to move forward into an internal recruiter role with high volume and engineering or construction experience.

You may also be in an internal recruiters role looking to move into a highly successful international businessto further your career.

The salary on offer is £35-40,000 PA and the role is hybrid from Reading, Birmingham,Oxford, Bristol or Manchester.
