An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and develop the primary care team in delivering healthcare within **Scotland's new national facility for women
The new
purpose built facility is designed with a
trauma informed approach that will underpin everyone's practice.

Our multidisciplinary approach mirrors the services and care provided in the community, assuring Excellence in Care to support the physical, mental health and substance use needs of women in a safe, secure, custodial environment.

Applicants will be a first level adult registered nurse that can provide evidence of ongoing personal development. You will demonstrate experience of delivering high quality person-centred care whilst working in a complex multi-disciplinary setting.

The ability to co-ordinate, and respond to dynamic situations with competing demands is essential.

The applicant must be able to provide evidence of excellent people management and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be expected to work Monday to Friday but with occasional flexibility expected in line with service needs. There is an on call component to role of On Call weekend every 7 weeks.
