Role Description:
As a presales engineer, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical assistance to our clients.


Responsibilities:


Providing sales and technical assistance to our clients whilst work closely with all parts of the sales departments, marketing, our partners and product teams in meeting new business revenue targets.

Engage with perspective prospects to understand their software requirements and sell to them.


Assist prospects in their evaluation of all our products via presentations, which can be performed through product demos, using POCs and any innovative solutions which will help you inform them to make an informed positive decision in our favour.


Present our products capabilities and offerings in professional manner in customer meeting and seminars; which can be performed either online or in a face to face situation.

Respond to RFI/RFPs Conduct workshops & training sessions, as required.


Collaborate by speaking with our product engineering teams to help you stay up to date on all product and feature updates.


Keeping abreast with new technology trends, because this will help you to develop a deeper knowledge base strengthing your expertise on our products and the competition or third party products.


Skillsets & pre-requisites:

1-2 years of presales experience is required for this field, the rest you can learn with IT/SaaS products such as CRM.


Do you have a passion to work with technology, looking for a long term career, possess the ability to break down requirements into its simple terms and propose effective solutions.

Are you a team-player: with the ability to work in a diverse multi-cultural team in a collaborative way.

Do you have empathy and strong client facing skills as well as having excellent communication skills.

An advantage in this role would be to have good technical knowledge and some experience in programming.

we are looking for someone who understands sales within the Information technology sector, is willing to learn and build a successful career with this company.

This position is based in Milton Keynes in a hybrid working model as of today.

However, this could be revised to an In-Office model if required in future.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
