Description
For over 45 years, our client has been one of the UK's leading trade publishers and exhibition organisers.

The ever-expanding portfolio currently consists of fourteen business-to-business magazines, across both print and digital platforms, and twenty-one core trade exhibitions nationwide.


The apprentice will be coordinating the company's social media voice and postings with the team manager and the main socials team.

The apprentice will also be coordinating delivery of campaign marketing plans and reports from social media and other marketing sources


Key Duties:


  • Opportunities for assisting in scouting and developing new talent working closely with the A&R team
  • Logging and responding to demos, analysing streaming and other artist data
  • Assisting with bookings e.g., events, etc.
  • Coordinating digital and physical release assets which may include artwork, videos, digital materials etc. from internal and/or external partners
  • Assist in creation and management of marketing campaign, including timelines and budgets
  • Coordinating delivery of assets such as artwork, videos, digital materials for internal and external partners across artist campaigns
  • Coordinating social media voice and postings with the team manager and the main socials team
  • Coordinating delivery of campaign marketing plans and reports from social media and other marketing sources
  • General label and project admin support including scheduling internal and external meetings, booking travel and coordinating invoicing

About you:


To be a Digital PR Apprentice you will need to be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* - C, 4-9) including Maths and English.

This 17-month Apprenticeship has a salary of £22,000. You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills.

Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualifications
