As an Apprentice Lease Advisor, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and invaluable insights into the world of commercial real estate.

Working alongside experienced professionals in our Lease Advisory department, you will assist with a wide range of tasks related to lease negotiations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructuring.


Key responsibilities:

- **S**upport senior team members in conducting market research and analysis.

  • Assist in preparing lease documentation and reports for clients.
- participate in client meetings and property inspection
- collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies for maximizing value and minimizing risk for clients.

  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by Colliers International.

Qualifications Requirements**:


  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum of Alevel qualifications or equivalent.
