As one of the country's fastest growing windscreen repair and replacement companies in the UK Allscreens Nationwide offer a fast and efficient service repairing and replacing all vehicle glass across the UK.

As a member of Nationwide Windscreen Services, we can replace windscreens in one of our 72 branches or by our 550 mobile fitting units.

All our technicians are highly trained in automotive glazing and we strive to give an excellent service to all customers throughout the U.K.

Passion for customer service and a great attitude is a must to join our ever growing team.


The Role

  • Booking in jobs via telephone.
  • Organise booking the job liaising with local branch in the country.
  • Look after the booking of the companies National Customers.
  • Giving our customers a good quality service.
  • Take inbound overflow calls for branches in the group.
  • Focus on hitting our branch targets consistently and efficiently.

The Person

  • Good telephone manor and communication skills
  • Be able to work in a busy environment
  • Have a passion for customer service
  • Be ambitious and want to further their career within the business.
  • Have a background of customer service/ automotive.
  • Have good people skills and a passion for collaboration.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Experience within the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.

The Package

  • Salary £22,000 PA
  • 8:305:30 Monday-Friday 8:3012:30 Saturday AM
  • 2 in 4 Saturdays off.
