We are currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a part-time (22.5 hours per week), based out of our Leeds office.

  • The role will be a mixed of HR admin duties but will also lead on the monthly payroll runs ensuring all colleagues are paid correctly and on time (full training on the payroll elements can be provided).
  • The role will eventually progress so that you will coordinate and administer our payroll and employee benefits, working closely with our payroll provider, and the HR and Finance team, to ensure an efficient and smoothrunning payroll service.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring our payroll and benefits systems are maintained and in line with legal and organisational requirements ensuring appropriate information is cascaded to colleagues and managers
  • You will ideally have at least 2 years experience in HR admin and have excellent communication and people skills, as well as excellent organisational skills with a great attention to detail.

Salary: £14,500 per annum, based on 22.5 hours per week
