Quality & H&S Technician

Permanent Position

£28,00-£30,000 (Negotiable Dependent on Experience),

Excellent Benefits Include All Tools & Work Wear Provided, Canteen facilities, Onsite Parking. Company Pension, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.

Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 7am-1pm

They are looking for an experience Quality Engineer ona permanent position to join their ever-growing team, if interested please find out more details below

Quality & H&S Technician

  • Maintain and update the Quality manual to comply with ISO9001 and VCA COP standards.
  • Process Non-Conformance procedure.
  • Conduct QC Audits Internal and Supply chain.
  • Goods in IQC Incoming Quality Control.
  • Calibration control, Tooling, Jigs and fixtures.
  • Assist NPI coordination, material suppliers and process methods.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with H&S, COSHH and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct / coordinate H&S Audits, provide Risk Assessments where necessary.
  • Process warranty returns and repairs when required.
  • Support customer services by providing technical interface with customers when required.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:


  • Familiar with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC.
  • HSE and COSHH regulations
  • Process Instruction documentation creation.
  • Document Control, BOM Generation & MRP.
  • Lean Manufacturing methodology.
