The key duties involved for the Finance Administrator are as follows:
- Process supplier invoices, ensuring information flows to the purchase ledger
- Process staff expenses, identifying any discrepancies.
- Process invoices raised by the Project Finance team
- Track timesheet activity on a weekly basis
- Solve any stakeholder queries, escalating when required
- General administration duties and back office support.
- Customer service/office experiance
- SAGE experaince ideal
- Good Excel skills
- Good communication skills
