If you are seeking a role within education, possess excellent behaviour management skills, and would describe yourself as resilient yet nurturing, then Teaching Personnel would love to hear from you
Within this role you will also be expected to (not limited to):
- Act as a role model
- Supervise the pupil on a 1:1 basis, create detailed progress reports and consistently liaise with the ALNCO and class teacher
- Encourage the pupil to engage with their education and build a successful rapport daily
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
